Picnic weeks are a great way for school students from reception to year 12 to celebrate the end of the school year.

Waterworld becomes a student fun zone during picnic weeks where schools have exclusive access to all three heated pools, waterslides, café and all amenities.

During picnic weeks the centre is only open to schools during school hours. We open to the general public after your school has left Waterworld.

Picnic week 2026

Week 1: Tuesday 1 December to Friday 4 December
Week 2: Monday 7 December to Friday 11 December. Please note:  Monday 7, Tuesday 8, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 December are fully booked.

• Cost: $12 per student per day.
• All children must be 5 years or older.
• Students only, no siblings of carers permitted.
