Opening times
Waterslides are open 11:30am to 4:30pm on weekends, public holidays and DfE school holidays.
Terms and conditions
For safety reasons, all riders must be at least one metre tall and over 5 years old to ride the waterslides.

City of Tea Tree Gully residents who have a valid aged pension card can access Waterworld at no charge during the below times:
- Monday to Friday from 6am until 3pm
- Saturday until 9am
- Access is only available to this program when joining as a member with Waterworld. Proof of ID, residency and valid cards must be supplied. Terms and conditions apply.
City of Tea Tree Gully residents who have a valid Commonwealth Seniors card can access Waterworld at no charge during the below times:
- Monday to Friday from 6am until 3pm
- Saturday until 9am
- Access is only available to this program when joining as a member with Waterworld. Proof of ID, residency and valid cards must be supplied. Terms and conditions apply.
Valid Veteran card holders can access Waterworld at no charge during the below times:
- Monday to Friday from 6am until 3pm
- Saturday until 9am
- Access is only available to this program when joining as a member with Waterworld. Proof of ID and valid cards must be supplied. Terms and conditions apply.
If you are purchasing entry to Waterworld for 20 or more people, we offer a group discount price. These tickets must be pre-purchased in bulk. Once you have purchased your tickets you can collect and distribute the tickets to your guests.

- Unlimited Slides (riders must be 5 years and 1 meter tall): $8
- Infant (0-2 years): free with paying adult
Please note that children under 5 years must have an adult within arm's reach at all times to align with the Watch Around Water policy.
A valid companion card is required at time of purchase to be eligible for the following access.
- Persons holding a Companion Card are eligible for concession entry rate.
- Persons holding a Companion Card are permitted to have one carer enter Waterworld at no charge when they are attending in a carer/companion capacity.
Availability of free admission may be impacted by bookings or other restrictions.
