Saturday or Sunday 2 hour booking

Friday 90 minute booking

Time: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Price: $1150

Availability

This private after-hours booking allows exclusive access to the entire Waterworld Aquatic Centre for your group.

Facilities included

The booking grants access to all facilities at Waterworld, including the waterslides, function rooms, tables, chairs, PA system, and BBQs.

Catering options

The on-site café and kitchen can be open upon request during the event for guests to purchase food and drinks. Alternatively, you are also allowed to bring your own food to the centre.

Staffing

The event will be fully staffed with qualified lifeguards to ensure the safety and supervision of your group throughout the duration of the booking.

Capacity and pricing

The flat rate for the booking covers up to 350 people. If your group exceeds 350 guests, an additional charge of $200 will apply for each 100 guests beyond the initial 350.

Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Set-up time

Saturday and Sunday bookings

Organisers can arrive from 6:00 pm to set up for the event - guests will not be allowed to enter the water until the booking officially starts at 6:30 pm.

Friday bookings

Organisers can arrive from 7:00 pm to set up for the event - guests will not be allowed to enter the water until the booking officially starts at 7:30 pm.
