Drumminor Ward update

There is plenty happening across the City. The newly refurbished children’s area of Tea Tree Gully Library is delighting families with a butterfly inspired theme and interactive spaces that encourage children to learn and explore.

The library has also introduced a chat seat to help reduce social isolation by providing a welcoming place for conversations.

Local tennis players are benefiting from upgraded facilities at Modbury Tennis Club, including the resurfacing of four courts. The club is one of the largest tennis clubs in Adelaide’s north-east.

Council staged a Doing it Tough expo in early August to help residents pay bills, get free food and find support. Congratulations to all involved.

We would also like to acknowledge former Council volunteer Graham Fussen for his dedicated service to our community.

In July, Cr Drozdoff attended the Redwood Park Neighbourhood Watch meeting, where she shared Council news and discussed local community safety with volunteers.
