Steventon Ward update

As the weather fines up, don’t forget Enviro Care events are available to residents to drop off excess green waste. We advocated to increase the number of Enviro Care Sundays and it’s great to see this popular service going strong.

Development of the new dog park at Tilley Recreation Park is progressing. A key piece of feedback through consultation was to include grass and this has been included in the design. We look forward to seeing lots of paws in the park!

Following through on our commitment to the community, made as part of the recent baseball club upgrades, works are underway to improve community access at Illyarrie Reserve, Surrey Downs, including new walking paths and a multi-purpose court.

Thanks to those who attended the recent Steventon Ward chat at Gallery 1855. We will have more street corner meetings in the coming months, but as always, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like to raise anything.
