The Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club, first built in the 1970s, was upgraded with a new $5.5 million clubroom.

The old building was replaced with a modern facility featuring:

    • a larger footprint to support growing membership
    • shared spaces for tennis and netball clubs
    • car parking, landscaping, and a spectator viewing area
    • better connections to surrounding courts for events and competitions.

The City of Tea Tree Gully ($2.65 million), the State Government ($2.75 million) and the Tea Tree Gully Tennis Club funded this project.

This upgrade was delivered alongside the new Tea Tree Gully Gymsports facility at Banksia Sport Park. It follows a recent $1.2 million site upgrade, which added six multi-purpose courts and improved parking.
