A $9.5 million project has been developed for Tilley Recreation Park.
The project is partly funded by a $6.2 million grant from the State Government.
The Tilley Masterplan project will be completed in two phases.
A multi-use modern club room for Tea Tree Gully City Soccer Club has been constructed. The facility includes four unisex change rooms, umpire room, medical rooms, undercover viewing area. Landscaping improvements have been delivered as part of the project.
The second phase of the project will include:
- dog park, carpark and footpaths
- theatre plaza works, footpaths and DDA carparks
- Little Athletics shed
- Tea Tree Players theatre workshop
- toilet amenities
- softball club storage
- bin compound.
