Request an additional bin

To request an additional green-lid food and organics bin, yellow-lid recycling bin or red-lid landfill bin you will need to log in to your myteatreegully portal. If you don't have an account you will need to create one.

• Requests can only be made by the ratepayer or owner of the property.

If you are currently renting and would like an additional bin, you will need to contact your property manager to request the bin on your behalf.

Fees

• Additional red-lid landfill bin - One-off cost for bin hire as well as a yearly collection fee.
• First additional green-lid food and organics bin or yellow-lid recycling bin  - No fee applies.
• Second additional green-lid food and organics bin or yellow-lid recycling bin - One off cost for bin hire and a yearly collection fee.

Annual renewals

We will send you an email or SMS each year with a renewal link. Please follow the instructions provided.

• Free service:  Renewal required
• Paid service:  Payment is required at the time of renewal.
• Exempt services (fee waived):  Updated evidence is required to confirm you still meet the criteria for a fee waiver.

If your service is not renewed, your additional bin may be cancelled and removed.
