Pre operations checklists
- Select a form from list below to submit a Pre Operational Checklist form
- Tick the checkbox for all items checked
- Ensure you record faults - there is a section for this within the form
- Complete all required fields within the form and submit.
If there are no faults to report the form will auto save into CM: 14/690.
If there are faults the form will automatically be sent to the Workshop and your Corporate Leader for follow up.
Remember DO NOT use any plant or equipment if its safety devices are not working.
